Customizable Course Structure

We specially customise each course to fit the needs of participants. Courses can be as short as 2 hours – for the busy professional wanting to gain and walk away with insights into what AI means for them – to a full-fledged course going deep into the technical details of artificial intelligence, with practical hands-on sessions.

Course Overview

Participants will undergo a course to prepare them with the necessary skills to use and administer TAIGER’s software.

The goal of the training will be ensure complete command of the solution deployed. Broadly speaking, this will cover administrative, reporting and analytics aspects of the software.

We will provide the necessary hardware and software infrastructure, as well as all hard and soft-copies of the training materials needed to follow the course.

System overview and principles

Training:

  • Introducing the Taiger Suite.
  • Functional overview and key aspects.
  • Modules and capabilities overview.

Practice:

  • Complete a set of exercises aimed at mastering the concepts presented during the classroom session.
Session 2

Detailed modules overview

Training:

  • Knowledge base module.
  • Reporting and analytics module.
  • Administration module.

Practice:

  • Complete a set of exercises aimed at mastering the concepts presented during the classroom session.
Session 3

Advanced aspects

Training:

  • Advanced knowledge base usage.
  • Advanced reporting and analytics.
  • Advanced administration aspects.
  • Advanced performance and administration.
  • Service and data integration.
  • Common error messages and workarounds.

Practice: 

  • Complete a set of exercises aimed at mastering the concepts presented during the classroom session.
Session 4

Final examination

The goal of this training session is to measure participants’ understanding of the materials covered. Participants shall take a 1-hour hands-on practical test covering some of the aspects presented during the training.
