Art Discovery Search Engine

CASE STUDY

Art Discovery Search Engine

A large government agency responsible for promoting arts in Singapore had a challenge in driving engagement and apathy for arts. In particular, limited web search engine capabilities made it difficult for visitors to explore art content, and administrators to perform backend maintenance.

Omnitive Search was implemented on the agency’s website to curate content from various repositories and subsequently create personalised recommendations of arts-related events relating to each user’s search query, with a 90% categorisation accuracy rate.

In our short case study, we will summarise the following:

  • Client background and challenge
  • Types of information handled
  • Solution design
  • Results and key metrics
