TAIGER was selected to share our #MakeHomesGreatAgain initiative during GovTech’s COVID-19 Idea Sprint demo day last Saturday, which saw the attendance of Dr Vivian Balakrishnan, Minister for Foreign Affairs, and Dr Janil Puthucheary, Senior Minister of State for the Ministry of Transport & Ministry of Communications and Information.
Presenting online to a 200-strong crowd, TAIGER showcased‘Ask Phoebe’, an activity-generating chatbot offering a treasure trove of social distance friendly activities that can help people make stay-at-home time fun.
Powered by TAIGER’s Converse, ‘Ask Phoebe’ identifies one’s life stage and preferences, allowing the bot to recommend activities best suited for them.
Since its launch on 1st May, ‘Ask Phoebe’ has helped integrate government initiatives, support SMEs, serve as a CSR and cohesion platform for companies, and as a tool for citizens to pre-plan their time easily.
Speaking on what’s in the pipeline, Terence Poon, Technical Sales Manager at TAIGER, shares our plans to improve the user experience and deployment scale of the chatbot.
