Taiger provides every individual with an opportunity to be exposed to all aspects of the industry and perform at a fast-paced environment. Taiger’s flat culture allows me to interact across seniority and business functions to discuss possible applications for our technology and our business direction. It is encouraged to consult with the CEO and Head of Sales for new opportunities. Likewise, I am able to interact with our development  team to check on project feasibility. The global aspect of Taiger further excites me, as it gives me the opportunity to open my eyes to learn about the culture and working environment across different regions. Within my first fifteen months, I have had the opportunity to create business opportunities in Russia, Dubai, and Myanmar.

 

In my current position, I work closely with the technical sales, delivery channel and research and development to offer feasible solutions to clients, sharing the client feedback on market needs, and ensuring a long-term relationship between us and our clients.
