Since the emergence of Taiger, my ideas have been taken into account and people here are always happy to help others. I have been working at Taiger for four years, and it is extraordinary to see how the company is growing and it is an even better feeling contributing to this growth.
Our work environment is very efficacious. At Taiger, if a problem arises it is up to you to solve it in your own way. Managers are more than happy and even encourage pitches for new products. The organisational culture here at Taiger allows for new employees to ask for help without hesitation. We are always more than happy to do so.
As we are all like-minded individuals, we have organised holidays outside of office hours. This gives us the opportunity to bond as a team, making the workplace environment one like no other. The teams regularly have the opportunity to attend events, such as routine dinners and drinks which drives us to innovate in the office with the bonds that we make.
Currently, I work for the delivery team, which is where we develop new features for our products whilst simultaneously catering them to different clients. We regularly communicate with the Product and Cognitive teams in order to best suit our clients needs as a cohesive team.
